Programme

How cybersecurity supports digital customer growth, faster product launches, regional expansion, and board approval of innovation. Core question: how can organisations grow faster without creating risks that later destroy value?
Artificial intelligence, cloud adoption, mobile money, third party access, and cybersecurity clauses in commercial contracts. Participants assess a proposed digital partnership for commercial, operational and security fit.
A live cyber incident simulation covering system disruption, suspected fraud, customer complaints and regulatory pressure. Participants decide on command, containment, disclosure timing and evidence preservation.
Digital forensic investigation, financial loss reconstruction, legal exposure, and business restoration after systems are back online but the cause is still unclear.
A board chair, chief executive, regulator, chief operations officer, chief information security officer, a digital forensics investigator and a fintech or telecom executive discuss how much cyber risk leadership should accept. Followed by a networking dinner from 5:45 p.m.
